Users must never create, upload, request, solicit, distribute, or promote sexual content involving minors. Accounts involved in child sexual exploitation or abuse may be immediately removed and may be reported to appropriate authorities where legally required. Users must not attempt to bypass iTweet's safety systems by disguising prohibited sexual content, using coded language, manipulating images, or repeatedly uploading removed material. iTweet may use automated systems and human review to detect and enforce violations of this policy. Reported content may be reviewed based on its context, purpose, and surrounding circumstances. Content that violates this policy may be removed, and accounts responsible for serious or repeated violations may have features restricted, be temporarily suspended, or be permanently disabled. iTweet may take immediate action in cases involving exploitation, non consensual intimate material, sexual abuse, or content involving minors. Users are also prohibited from targeting individuals with abusive or degrading content based on protected characteristics or using slurs, dehumanizing language, or discriminatory attacks. Public figures, creators, verified accounts, businesses, and users with large audiences are subject to the same standards and must not use their influence to direct harassment toward others. iTweet encourages users to use available blocking, muting, and reporting tools when they encounter abusive behavior and strongly discourages retaliation or public campaigns against alleged offenders. Reports should be submitted in good faith and should contain accurate information where possible. iTweet may review reported content and account activity, consider relevant context and patterns of behavior, and take appropriate action when violations are identified. Depending on the seriousness, frequency, and circumstances of a violation, iTweet may remove content, restrict features, issue warnings, suspend accounts, permanently disable accounts, or take other appropriate enforcement measures. Severe violations, credible threats, coordinated harassment, repeated abuse, stalking, doxxing, or attempts to evade enforcement may result in immediate and stronger action. iTweet may also take action against accounts created or used specifically to facilitate harassment or evade previous enforcement. To protect users and the integrity of investigations, iTweet may limit the disclosure of certain moderation and safety information. Nothing in this policy is intended to prevent respectful opinions, legitimate criticism, good faith disagreements, or lawful expression. iTweet's goal is to maintain a community where users can express themselves freely while respecting the safety, privacy, dignity, and personal boundaries of others. Users must not use symbols, slogans, imagery, or other material associated with violent extremist movements when the purpose or context is to promote or glorify extremist ideology or violence. Legitimate discussions about extremism, terrorism, history, journalism, academic research, documentary content, criticism, counter extremism efforts, or news reporting may be permitted when the content does not promote or glorify the underlying ideology or violent activity. iTweet recognizes that context is important and may consider the purpose, surrounding content, intent, and potential impact when reviewing reported material. Users must not disguise hateful or extremist content through coded language, deliberate misspellings, symbols, or other methods intended to evade platform enforcement. Coordinated campaigns designed to spread hatred, recruit extremists, intimidate protected groups, or encourage violence are strictly prohibited. Users must not encourage others to attack, harass, exclude, or discriminate against individuals because of their protected characteristics. iTweet may remove content that violates this policy and may restrict, suspend, or permanently disable accounts involved in serious, repeated, or coordinated violations. Accounts created primarily to distribute extremist propaganda, recruit users, promote violent extremist organizations, or repeatedly spread hateful content may be removed without prior warning. iTweet may also take immediate action where content presents a credible risk of violence or other serious harm and may cooperate with appropriate authorities where legally required. Users are encouraged to report suspected hate speech, extremist content, recruitment activity, or threats through iTweet's reporting tools rather than engaging in retaliation or further amplification. Nothing in this policy is intended to prevent respectful discussion, legitimate criticism, political or social commentary, academic research, historical discussion, or good faith expression that does not promote hatred, discrimination, or violence. iTweet's goal is to protect freedom of expression while ensuring that the platform is not used to promote hatred, violent extremism, terrorism, or harm against individuals or communities. Content that celebrates violent attacks, praises perpetrators for carrying out violent acts, or encourages future attacks is prohibited. Threats made as jokes, challenges, pranks, or entertainment may still violate this policy when they create a credible risk of harm or intimidation. Where legally required or appropriate, iTweet may cooperate with relevant authorities regarding credible threats or serious safety concerns. Users are encouraged to report threats, violent content, dangerous organizational activity, or other serious safety concerns through iTweet's reporting tools rather than engaging with or amplifying the content. Nothing in this policy is intended to prohibit legitimate discussion, criticism, historical analysis, news reporting, academic research, documentary material, or other lawful expression concerning violence or dangerous organizations when such content does not promote or facilitate harmful activity. Users should not publish a child's private information, precise location, school details, contact information, or other sensitive information without appropriate authorization and a legitimate reason. iTweet does not permit users to use its features to identify, track, target, intimidate, exploit, or harass children. Adults are responsible for maintaining appropriate boundaries when interacting with minors on the platform. Parents, guardians, and other responsible adults are encouraged to use available safety, privacy, blocking, and reporting tools to protect children. Users who encounter suspected child exploitation, grooming, inappropriate contact, or other child safety concerns should report the activity through iTweet's designated reporting tools and should avoid downloading, saving, redistributing, or further sharing prohibited material. iTweet may use automated detection, safety systems, user reports, and human review to identify potential child safety violations. Reported content may be reviewed based on available evidence, context, and applicable safety standards. iTweet may remove violating content, restrict features, suspend accounts, permanently terminate accounts, preserve relevant information where appropriate, and cooperate with lawful requests from relevant authorities. Accounts involved in serious child safety violations may be subject to immediate enforcement without prior warning. iTweet may take additional measures when there is a credible or imminent risk of harm to a child. Nothing in this policy prevents legitimate educational, medical, legal, child protection, journalistic, or research discussions concerning child safety when the material is handled responsibly and does not contain or promote prohibited content. iTweet is committed to continuously improving its safety systems, policies, reporting mechanisms, and moderation practices to protect children and reduce the risk of exploitation or abuse. By using iTweet, users agree to follow this Child Safety Policy and understand that violations may result in immediate content removal, feature restrictions, suspension, permanent account termination, and referral to appropriate authorities where legally required or appropriate. We have zero tolerance for content that sexualizes or endangers minors. Suspected child sexual exploitation material is removed, the account is banned, and reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant authorities.
We remove content that promotes or glorifies self-harm, suicide, or eating disorders. Content that shares personal recovery stories is allowed, and we surface crisis resources when relevant terms are searched.
Deliberately false information that can cause real-world harm — election interference, dangerous health misinformation, or synthetic media presented as real — is removed or labeled. We work with independent fact-checkers.
Buying followers, likes, or comments; running bot networks; mass-posting duplicate content; and using automation that violates our API rules are not allowed. Accounts engaged in inauthentic behavior may be removed without notice.
Don't pretend to be someone else in a way that misleads. Parody and fan accounts are allowed if clearly labeled. Verified badges require identity confirmation.
Only post content you own or have permission to share. Repeat copyright or trademark infringement leads to account termination. Rightsholders can submit takedown requests through our Copyright Center.
Content facilitating illegal drug sales, firearms trafficking, human trafficking, or other criminal activity is removed. Regulated goods (alcohol, gambling, prescription medication) may only be discussed within the limits of local law.
Do not share private information about others without consent — including full names, home or work addresses, financial information, government IDs, or intimate imagery. Non-consensual intimate imagery is removed on first report.
Ads, brand partnerships, and sponsored content must be clearly disclosed. Deceptive commercial claims, scam offers, and prohibited product categories (weapons, tobacco, adult content) are not allowed. Creators earning revenue must follow our Monetization Policies.
Live content must follow the same rules as posted content, in real time. We may end streams that violate policy and restrict live access for repeat offenders.
Attempts to suppress voting, impersonate election officials, or coordinate voter intimidation are removed. Political ads must comply with regional disclosure rules.
Content generated with AI is welcome, but must be labeled when it depicts real people or events in a way that could mislead. Deepfakes of private individuals without consent are prohibited.
Anyone can report content by tapping the ⋯ menu → Report. Reports are reviewed by a combination of automated systems and human moderators. Enforcement actions range from a warning, to content removal, temporary restrictions, or account termination. You can appeal any decision from Settings → Account Status.
These guidelines apply worldwide. Where local law is stricter, we defer to local law. Where iTweet's rules are stricter than local law, our rules apply.
