- Open Settings → iTweet Subscriptions, or tap any blue/gold badge on a profile.
- Pick a plan and tap Subscribe.
- Complete the Google Play checkout. Your badge and features activate within a few seconds.
- Upgrading mid-cycle is prorated by Google Play — you're only charged the difference.
- Open the Google Play Store app.
- Tap your profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
- Select iTweet and choose Cancel subscription.
- You keep access until the end of the current billing period.
You can also turn off auto-renew from inside iTweet at Settings → iTweet Subscriptions → Manage.
All subscription payments for iTweet are final. By subscribing, you agree that no refunds will be issued when you cancel your subscription, regardless of whether the cancellation happens through Google Play, the iTweet app, or any other payment platform.
- Cancelling your subscription stops the next renewal. Your current subscription benefits will remain available until the end of the billing period you have already paid for.
- Unused days or partial months are not refunded.
- This no-refund policy applies to all iTweet subscriptions, including Blue, Standard, Pro, Plus, Premium, and Max.
- It applies whether you paid via Google Play Billing, a web checkout, or any other accepted payment method.
- Exceptions apply only where required by local consumer-protection law or where explicitly approved by iTweet Support in writing.
If you believe you are entitled to a refund under local law, contact iTweet Support with your order ID. Google Play refund requests made through the Play Store are handled by Google and are not guaranteed by iTweet.
- All payments go through Google Play. iTweet never sees or stores your card details.
- Applicable taxes are added by Google Play based on your country.
- Receipts are emailed by Google. You can also view them under Play → Budget & history.
- Invoices for GST-registered users are available inside iTweet under Subscriptions → Invoices.
All iTweet subscription purchases are non-refundable once the subscription has been successfully purchased and activated. Cancelling a subscription only stops future renewals and does not automatically entitle the user to a refund for the current subscription period. Users will continue to have access to the applicable subscription benefits until the end of the paid subscription period, unless access is otherwise suspended or terminated in accordance with iTweet's Terms of Service. Refunds, where applicable, may be subject to Google Play's policies and any rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law. → Request a refund.
Please note that canceling a subscription does not entitle you to a refund of any current or previous billing periods under iTweet's no-refund policy, unless otherwise required by law.

- Gold badge — exclusive to Max, with homepage featuring and maximum search priority.
- Badges are automatically removed if the subscription lapses or the account violates Community Guidelines.
Can I share my subscription with another account?
No. Each subscription is tied to the iTweet account that purchased it.
What happens if I downgrade?
The new plan takes effect at the next renewal. You keep your current tier's benefits until then.
Do subscriptions renew automatically?
Yes, monthly, through Google Play — until you cancel.
I paid but my badge didn't appear.
Force-close and reopen iTweet. If it's still missing after 10 minutes, contact Support with your Google Play order ID.
Will I get a refund if I cancel?
No. Cancelling stops future renewals but does not refund any current or previous billing period. You keep your benefits until the current period ends.
Only subscribe from inside the iTweet app or Google Play. Anyone offering iTweet badges via DM, email, or third-party sites is running a scam — report and block them.
